BID DOCUMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Electronic copies of the bidding documents are available from our office, via email request to info@ehancock.com. A non-refundable fee will be required, and a check can be mailed to 9933 West Roosevelt Road in Westchester, Illinois 60154. Or feel free to take advantage of our new electronic payment options here.
The fee for bid documents varies from project to project, as does the deadline for requesting bid documents before a bid opening. Please refer to the appropriate Bid Notice for these important details.
Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Only contractors that have been issued bidding documents by Hancock Engineering Company, will be allowed to submit proposals.
