Mark Volk joined Hancock Engineering in 1985 after graduating from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has worked in many of Hancock’s client communities over the past 38 years and gained experience in a wide range of capital improvement projects. Mark is a Principal of our firm and is currently Client Manager for several of our municipalities.

Mark enjoys various activities in his spare time that include photography, cycling, and playing the violin.
