Bill first stepped through the doors of Hancock Engineering in 2003 after obtaining his degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. Bill has also served a number of municipalities in the area including the Village of Glenview, Village of Elk Grove, and City of Crystal Lake. This past year, he celebrated 20 years of experience in municipal civil engineering. Bill is a Principal of our firm and serves as a Client Manager, with a special emphasis on federal funding, regulatory permitting, and grant acquisition. Bill is also a Certified Floodplain Manager.

Bill enjoys his free time through traveling, hiking, running, and playing catch with his three children.
