Ed has worked the vast majority of his engineering career at Hancock Engineering. Ed started out with a 2-year initiation into heavy construction inspection at O’Hare Airport right after graduating from University of Illinois at Chicago, and then moved over to municipal engineering with Hancock in 1987 and never looked back. Ed serves as a Principal at Hancock, as Secretary of the Corporation, as Fiduciary for the company’s 401k plan, as Client Manager for two of our municipalities, as Bridge Program Manager for five municipalities, and as our primary Grant Opportunities “Lookout” and promoter.

Ed enjoys the outdoors and spends some of his free time camping, kayaking, hiking, motorcycling, or catching a round of golf.
