Lauren is a Western Illinois University graduate that stepped into her role with Hancock Engineering at the tail end of 2021. Before joining the team, Lauren spent the first few years after college continuing to explore different avenues to help diversify her professional experience. From supervising a hotel restaurant, to managing a couple Insurance Agencies, she prided herself on learning all she could from each industry before finding her home with Hancock Engineering. Now working towards her third year, Lauren has taken the time to push the firm forward into its best season yet.

Outside of work, you can either find Lauren making new memories with her loved ones, reading a new book, or working towards completing her goal of publishing her own story.
